You fill in a short enquiry form sharing your brand colours, your event or close date, your quantity, and the type of piece you have in mind (earrings, necklace, bracelet). I'll come back to you within 48 hours.

I curate your colour story

I work through my glass collection to find the tones that best align with your brand. I'll share a colour proposal with you before any pieces are made, you have full sign-off.

I make your collection

Each piece is hand-wrapped individually in my studio using 24k gold-plated stainless steel wire. Depending on quantity, production takes 2–4 weeks from approval.

Delivered to your door

Your collection arrives packaged and ready to gift. UK delivery included. International orders accommodated, please mention this in your enquiry.

QUESTIONS ANSWERED

Everything you're wondering before you enquire.

Can I choose what type of jewellery each piece is — earrings, necklace, bracelet?

Yes. You can mix styles within an order, or keep the whole collection as one type. Many clients choose earrings as they are the most universally worn, but we'll talk through what suits your audience best during the consultation.

What if my brand colours are difficult to match in glass?

Some brand colours, very dark navy, pure black, very neon tones are genuinely difficult to replicate in glass without losing the luminosity that makes these pieces beautiful. In those cases I'll suggest complementary tones from your palette, or pull from your programme's specific aesthetic rather than your main brand. I'll always share the colour proposal before making anything.

How long does the whole process take?

From first enquiry to delivery, allow 4–6 weeks. This covers the colour consultation, your sign-off, production and shipping. If your event date is sooner than this, please get in touch anyway, depending on current studio capacity, a shorter timeline may occasionally be possible.

Can I see samples before committing to a full order?

Sample pieces aren't part of the standard process, but I do share clear photographs of your colour story before production begins. You'll see exactly how I'm interpreting your palette before a single piece is made.

Are these suitable for people with allergies or sensitive skin?

The wire used is 24k gold-plated stainless steel, which is hypoallergenic and suitable for most people with sensitive skin. The glass beads are inert and non-reactive. If any of your clients have specific sensitivities, please let me know at enquiry stage.

What happens if a piece arrives damaged?

Every piece is packed carefully for transit. In the unlikely event of damage, please photograph it on arrival and contact me within 48 hours. I will remake any damaged piece without charge.

Can I order more pieces to match the original collection later?

Yes, a follow-on order is usually possible. Because glass comes in batches and beads can sell out, I cannot guarantee an identical match but I can almost always get very close. Keep note of your colour story and I'll do the same on my side.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available and costed at enquiry stage based on destination. I have shipped to clients in Europe and the US, please factor a slightly longer lead time if you're outside the UK.

Why I built this offer.

I watched too many brilliant people, coaches, consultants, community builders reach the end of transformative experiences and give gifts that didn't match what they had just built. Not because they didn't care. Because there was nothing out there that did.

I make jewellery slowly, by hand, in my North London studio. Every piece takes time. That is precisely the point. In a world that has rushed cheapness into every corner of gifting, I wanted to offer something that has clearly been made with someone specific in mind.
