For over a decade, Aneesa's world was defined by the rigid structures of law, contracts, and technical operations. As a former tech ops manager, brand designer and creative for global CEOs, she spent her days managing contracts and building digital architecture for high growth businesses.

Having her daughter in 2022 changed everything. She was chasing something she never wanted and so the journey to finding her way back to her unique form of art began.

The "Eighth Hour" is that space, the hour before the world wakes up, or the quiet moment after the day's demands have settled.

It is the time where Aneesa stopped managing other people's systems and started engineering her own art. She traded legal briefs for gemstones and tech stacks for 24k gold but she didn't leave her standards behind.

Because of her background in operations, she doesn't believe beauty should be fragile. She saw a gap in the market for jewellery that looked like high-fine art but possessed the structural integrity of industrial design.

Aneesa saw a gap in the market: jewellery that looked like high-fine art but possessed the structural integrity of industrial design. The result is Gold Lace, an architectural wire-weaving technique that is as resilient as it is radiant.
