Refund policy

We do not accept returns on jewellery products for hygienic purposes if the product did not suit your liking. All jewellery is non-refundable.

All decor and accessories, can only be returned if the product is damaged upon arrival. A photograph and immediate email must be sent before the product is used or opened out of packaging. Please email opalandthreadstudio@gmail.com 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will need to provide photo evidence of the defective product within its packaging. 

If your purchase is damaged or there is a problem with it upon arrival, please give me a chance to rectify that by emailing opalandthreadstudio@gmail.com and I will do so.
