Things You May Need To Know

What materials do you use?

We use 18k & 24k gold plated stainless steel or recycled brass wires and findings on all our jewellery. Our stones are semi precious gemstones, crystal glass or natural shell (seashell or freshwater pearls).

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, UK, Asia and New Zealand.

Unfortunately due to new regulations, we have had to stop all shipping to Europe.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged in transit (which I try my hardest to ensure it does not! But things happen in shipping outside of my control), then please get in touch as soon as you receive your order so I can do everything in my power to replace or fix it.
