Things You May Need To Know

How far in advance should I order for my wedding?

We recommend ordering at least 4–6 weeks before your wedding date for standard pieces, and 8–10 weeks for bespoke commissions. This allows time for crafting, quality checks and shipping.

Do you offer bespoke bridal commissions?

Yes, we offer fully bespoke consultations for brides who want something entirely their own. Colour, stone type, structure and size can all be tailored. Get in touch via our contact page to start a conversation.

What materials do you use?

We use 18k & 24k gold plated stainless steel or recycled brass wires and findings on all our jewellery. Our stones are semi precious gemstones, crystal glass or natural shell — seashell or freshwater pearls.

Do you ship worldwide?

We currently ship to Australia, Canada, UK, Asia and New Zealand.

Unfortunately due to new regulations, we have had to stop all shipping to Europe.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order is damaged in transit (which I try my hardest to ensure it does not! But things happen in shipping outside of my control), then please get in touch as soon as you receive your order so I can do everything in my power to replace or fix it.
